Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack with Care

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
